Read a bunch of posts but can't find answer: Scores Not Saving

I am using ibProArcade v.2.6.3+ and vBulletin3.6.8

My users are having problems save scores at random points saving scores. I have the holdsession.php file in my root folder.

I personally have not had any problems but some of my users have.

what do those "some users" have in common ? Browser ? Browser-Plugin ?

enable debug-mode by opening /arcade.php and set $DEBUG to 2 and tell me what exact error-messages they get when the score gets not submitted/saved

One of my members said she received "Error 010"

Four of the users replied back and said they are using Internet Explorer 6.0~ and it just happens randomly on different games. Sometimes it'll save the score and sometimes it won't. They said it'll happen after 10 minutes of play even on up to 60.

I have my Session Timeout set for 3000 seconds. I have the holdsession.php file uploaded in the correct root folder. My arcade folder is chmod to 777. It has not once happened to met yet so it's kind of frustrating to see it happen to others.

Another user chimed in and said they received the Error 010 as well. I changed the lang_en file to differentiate the different error messages and they received it because of cheating? I know my users are not cheating but I think it's thinking that is the case for some reason.

error #010 means there is no arcade-session stored in the userdata...

can this be reproduced by anybody in any way ?

I don't see how it's possible. One of the users is my little cousin who's 15 and doesn't know squat about computers. I had two more users receive that error as well.

I can never find the source of this problem if nobody can reproduce it ... I think I have to extend the debug-information some more
