What hack is this?

<a href="http://www.stirrdup.com/" target="_blank">http://www.stirrdup.com/</a>

What is this site using to have the Digg look on top of his vBulletin?

Thanks

It's a whole bunch of hacks.

Some of them are from here, most are custom written. We're planning to release a bunch of them here eventually, but many of them are very dependent on our template, so it will take some work to make them compatible with a base installation.

The most recent things we've launched are a custom written friend system that's a lot more flexible and speedier than the default buddy lists - finding reverse buddies is a lot quicker - and a new category system - which is mostly a tweaking of the post icon system to add filtering, paging, and integrate it into some of the other functions on the site.

The best part come update time is that it's all been done without a file hack. I love that. :)
