This post is a duplicate of a post that you have posted in the last five minutes
I get this error every time I reply to someone:
"This post is a duplicate of a post that you have posted in the last five minutes" My guess is that this board inserts 2 identical replyes at the same time... Why is this happening? |
Disable all your modifications and see if the message disappears.

I have no mods at all. I just used impex to migrate from phpbb3 and my username is inserting 2 identical replyes whwnever I use the reply feature and this is causing the system to detect them as twin posts. I don't know why this is happening and how to stop it.
Anyone having this problem? |
Contact vBulletin support as this may be a problem within vBulletin itself.

To troubleshoot this, please remove any hacks and disable your plugins, then see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); If so, reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server. If your problem still exists, please create a new Style with no Parent set. Now browse the forum using this new style, do you still have the same problems? If you are troubleshooting login or guest issues, you will need to set this style as board default in the vBulletin Options. PS This is most likely a Style problem. |
Thank you Marco.. I'll see if there's any improvements.
