Best chat mod for low load

Hi All,

Really didn't know where to post this so apologies if in the wrong place.

I'm looking for the best shoutbox, chatbox, lite etc etc regarding processing power. In other words which chat mod is best for keeping hosting companies off your back? I'm looking for something that doesn't place a great load on the server as the shoutbox tends to do.
