Private Threads?

Is there a mod out that works for vB 3.6.8 that would enable users to create "private threads" that only they, and other users (and of course, moderators and admins) can see and post/reply to? I know of the "private debates" add-on, but I haven't seen a "private threads" hack. Any help would be appreciated!
