Can I make text scroll smoothly?
 
I have installed a program off here (Global Announcements).

I have copy pasted a simple code I found off Google into the texts box. The code is included below:

The only problem I'm having is that the text won't scroll smoothly!

Thank you so much. I just spent an hour Googling this topic and not having any luck. Just elaborate codes that had little to nothing to do with what I needed. You just solved my problem. :D Thanks.
