Problem after server transfer
 
I posted this on vbulletin.com, as well.

I just transferred over to the godaddy.com servers the other day, and I've been in the process of transferring all of the info over from the previous forum. I've run into a problem with the linking of certain portions of the site. I've even tried running the upgrade.php again to see if that'd fix it, but nothing happened.
