ReviewPost - Need Cut & Paste Code

What I need is a cut and paste code (so I can use it in user profiles) that will display the following for a specific product/item:

- Average Rating
- Recommended By
- (Total) Reviews
- "[VIEW MORE]" link
- "[POST REVIEW]" link

If anyone can tell me how to do this, I'll be more than happy to pay! I just want to get it done. Thank you very much!
