Many Forums with the same members?

Is it possible to have many forums, e.g. a forum for gaming.. a forum for movies... a forum for other things.. but have all the options on one admin cp and have all the same members?

Is this mod out, or could it be done easily? Thanks! :D

Just create forums via the Forums Manager.

You will need a license for each instance. Are you sure you're going to buy that many? :p

Well, vbulletin support told me that you can use as many instances as you want on the same domain name, according to them i wouldn't need to.

ok, i see the situation... you have different domains, you want them to redirect to specific forums, but share the same users etc...

this can be done with .htaccess file redirecting each domain call to a different forumID... you can then give a style for each main forum, so the users will feel in different places each time...

see, this is possible... now you will need to play a lot with your main forum to make it happen properly.

and i hope the guys at vb.com did not pushed you here for that kind of support, because that does not require hacking of your forum... tsss

What? They said you could install as many instances on one domain as you want? That's not true.

I don't see any question here. If you want mutiple vBulletin Forums, simply buy as many as you want. Whether you use 1 Domain, or multiple, makes no difference Jelsoft, or the cost.
