can't run the install script via web browser
 

I've sucessfully re-wrote the /config file and uploaded the /upload file to my web server. When Godaddy.com configured my server they didn't use public_html as the web publishing file, they used /httpdocs in which I uploaded my /upload file to via smartFTP like the manual says... (after uploading all the files were a few KBs smaller then the file on my hard drive) is that correct? were the files contained in the VBulletin software I down loaded rounded up to the next full KB or is my smartFTP agent not transfering the files correctly?
Anyways the problem I'm now having is that when I go to install VBulletin via web browser "https://sharkstakes.com/httpdocs/forums/install/install.php" I just get a "page cannot be found" error message. I rebooted my server and tried again. same problem I erased the /upload file from my server and re-uploaded, tried installing again. same result. can you point me in the right direction for troubleshooting this or tell me what the problem is?

anyone know how to fix this ?

This is an error with the MySQL Database permissions for your user. Or it may be that you have incorrectly set the "host" of the MySQL server in /includes/config.php. Please post up your config.php (with private details such as username and password omitted) so I can confirm which cause it is.
