What is the best RSS news reader hack for 3.6.8?

I tried searching for "RSS" here, but the search string is too short, so it makes it rather hard. What is the best RSS news reader hack for vb 3.6.8? I want to retrieve RSS feeds and have them posted in certain forums as posts.
