Plug In System File

I am trying to upload a hack, but it says to install file in the AdminCP > Plug In System

I don't have that file. I have the newest version of vBulletin also. Do I just make it up myself?

Sorry if this is a stupid question. Thanks in advance for any help that anyone can offer :)

EDIT: never mind... I found it... didn't realize I didn't have to upload it through ftp. This thread can be deleted if needed.
