Out of place error please help ?

This is since i insd that bar thing on the left this has happend where the arrows point there 2 chunks missin now this only shows up for members and guests its fine for me..

please tell me how to fix this?

it just needs stretched to the correect place thats all

unless its got a bug the mod i installed?
