forum placement problem

Hi

I have just setup a new board, and for some reason my news and announcments forum is placed at the bottom, how would i go about changing this to the top of the forums?

look at my forum www.talkslotmachines.com you will see what i mean

you need to set the display order of the forums in your forum manager
