Postbit Customization - Picture Included - Paypal Payment

Here is what i am after. I would like to apply one set of code to the first post, and then another set of code to the remianing posts, so the final result looks like the image supplied. Please PM me me a quote only if you are capable of doing a good job (as i know a fair amount about CSS / PHP and dont want any short-cuts taken).
