Nav Bar Popup Issue

I have a double nav bar with popup menus on both rows. The problem that I am having is that when I try to mouse over the menu items from the popup on the top row the popup from the bottom row takes over removing the one from the top row. How can I shut down the other popup menus while I am active in another popup menu. Here is our site so you can see exactly what I am talking about.
