Web Site Elections
 

I am looking for an "election" type of system, kinda like the "nominate for MotM", but instead of each thread, I'd like it to be based on member.

Can anyone think of a way to either use the built-in functionality, or an adaptation of an existing mod for this?

I think this would be great for "club" web sites, who want to run their elections via the web site.

Ideally, this mod would:
1) Allow for multiple positions, and allow for one person to be nominated for multiple positions.
2) Have a request/accept system for nominations (the person must accept the nomination), could be done like the Usergroup or Friends hack.
3) Have a (public or private) log of the nominations
4) Have an overview of who has accepted the nominations for each position
5) Allow for nomination deadlines, where the "Nominate for" link would disappear
6) Automatically create the polls for the votes, but this isn't that huge - it's easy to just create a new poll, manually.
