Activate account by admin

Hi Guys i would like to activate all users manualy befor they can post in any forum in my site! How can i do that?

Change the permissions on the registered usergroup so they can't do anything. Then just move them to a usergroup which can.

Isn't there (or wasn't there) a vB Options setting to control that? Or am I dreaming...

You're not dreaming Chris, there's an option called "Moderate Users". Or am I dreaming?
