The order of content in admin cp??

How can i change the order of the content in the admin panel??

Do you mean the links on the left-hand side? Those can be changed via the /includes/xml/cpnav_*.xml files.

Yes there are, and you'll need to edit them to re-arrange the navigation menu :)
