member details placement

As seen right now, the member details are at the top of every post.

I'm trying to get my board to be like http://www.mazdas247.com/forum/index.php? or http://toprotege.com/forums/ where the details are on the left side of every post... like forums.bodybuilding.com too....

i've gone through the admincp like 20 times, and i'm going crosseyed.
