So i Installed No Spam!
 
And i logged out to see if it worked and the registration form looked the same (WITHOUT) the No Spam! verification questions. Yes i enabled it, yes i filled the questions out right. Why is it not working?

Perhaps posting your issue in the No Spam! thread will give you a better chance of resolving your issue. I'm using No Spam! on a vB 3.6.8 and it's working great. Maybe it has something to do with other mods you have installed.
