Limit number of links in signatures

The signature limits allow you to limit the number of lines, but not the number of links. Isn't it reasonable for me to ask that users have no more than 2 links in their signatures?

Has anyone else wanted to do this? There are mods to restrict other things about signatures, but the number of links seems pretty fundamental to me.
