Show random post of a specific forum in a other specific forum?

Hello,

I hope you can understand my problem, cause I'm not a nativ english speaker.

I look for a modifcation, that allow me the following things:
It should take the first post from every thread of a specific forum. One of this posts (random) should be displayed in a other specific forum or other specific forums as the second post of a thread. Do you understand me?
