How Do I? Conditionals for specific pages

I am in the process of putting an add-on on my forum on which I want special rules to appear under the navbar.
I was told to edit using Template Conditionals the vB shell_blank template

Unless there is another way can someone help me with the code when I want these special rules to appear on any page opening after bold part (including its index):

/forum/add-on/.....
