show post from specific forum in non vb page

HI,

I want to pull a post from specific forum to my index page which is not my forum index page,

my forum is http://forum.ozkorallah.com
my index page is normal html, http://www.ozkorallah.com

Which post are you going to pull, is it a fixed id or is it something like the newest post in that forum?
