Change the Default User Group for new Registers?

Hi, I've searched the board for the answer to this question, but couldn't find an answers.

I'm moderating new users and when I allow them, I'm having to manually switch their user group from "registered users" to "moderated new users."

Can someone please tell me how to set it up so that VBulletin will automatically put new registers into the "Moderated new users" group?

Create a new group called Approved Users and base it on Registered Users - all the same forum permission and usergroup permissions. Then change the name of the Registered Users group to Moderated new users and also change the permissions to that of a moderated group.

vBulletin will always put new members into the "Registered USers" usergroup, this is hardcoded.
