Forum Title
Well, someone asked for this, and I thought it was a good idea also, so I went ahead and added it. What does this do? This will allow you to change the title that shows up per forum. Why Would I want to do this? Well, I cant really answer that. What it does do is allows you to keep the same display name for the forum on forumhome, and allows you to have something more descriptive in the title of that forum. Great for SEO. Installation: Import the Product Configuration: Go into Forum Manager, Scroll to bottom to find: Forum Title adjust to how you want. Thats It! Please Click Install if you use!!! |
hmm I'll try it out, could be helpful.
Thanks. |
I don't get this does it change the URL of each individual forum??
|
Its hard to explain, Instead of having to change the forum title itself, which makes the display different on the forumhome, it will allow you to keep that the same, then get more indepth and descriptive in the page title.
