Flash Nav not showing in IE

Hello I'm having a problem with the navigation in my forums. It's a custom skin and so the navigation uses the same code and same flash movie that my homepage uses, it does show in FF but it doesn't in IE, it just shows a blank space. Could anyone tell me how to fix this or at least have an idea what's wrong it?

PS: The flash nav does show IE in my homepage, just not the forums...
