Need Help Moving Files from...

a old hard drive to a new hard drive. I have a server with Aplusnet. Well last night the hard drive failed, all the system files were wiped out, deleted. So Aplus put in a new hard drive with all the system files.
But now I have to move(migrate) the Vbulletin forum files from the old hard drive too the new using SSH. Can anybody help me with this? I really need help. I understand some of SSH like backups, but not moving data from the old hard drive to the new. If someone can just help me with the commands I really would appreciate it. That's all I have left to do, is copy files, or even if someone can point me to a place to get info on moving data with SSH.
Is anyone able to help??

download puTTy.exe (google it) open it up type in your server IP and login info. Then do the command:
wget http://url-or-ip-here/file-name/
My suggestion is doing a backup of it all and then moving it all that way.

Edit: you can probobly get your host to do it as it was a harddrive failure, which was their fault not yours.

offtopic: 100th post woot!

My host won't migrate data. No matter what, they won't.
But I did get it moved..I did a lot of research. TY

<div align="center">Just an update.
I got my forum up and running, and now last night the servers hard drive went down again. A superblock is what APLU.NET told me.
I am really frustrated with this company. Now after they put in a new hard drive I have to move the data again. They refuse too. 2 hard drives in a week and half. </div>
