Multilingual Usertitles

Hello,

we are operating a multilingual forum (English, German, French). All users are in languagespecific usergroups.

I was not able to find an option or mod that allows us to show the usertitles in the corresponding language. Is there any possibility to have Multilingual Usertitles?
