Individual Paychecks with vBCredits
 
As per user request, using this addon you may be able to specify a special staff-editable only profile field, and stick a value in it. Then, after each time interval that you designate, that user will get that amount, kind of as a specialized user paycheck system that works outside of the regular time credits system (since thats usergroup-wide)

Naturally, this addon requires the latest version of vBCredits installed beforehand.
