Problem download and image view

I have problem when i try download mod or open the image attachments.

I have licenced custumer and i made in (http://members.vbulletin.com/membersupport_priority.php) this instruction.
but i can't download googleads.zip attachments.

When i try download that says: you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons: ...................


I'm using licenced vbulletin version and my mail is licenced mail adress.

What's the problem?
