It is not available on vBulletin.org anymore as it contained serious vulnerabilities.

well you can wait for version 2.0.. the creator is making it still and I'd say he should be done soon. www.vbplaza.com for the demo for 2.0 and progress. I check here and there to see what's new with his progress.
