Autmatically change curly quotes to standard quotes
 
Is there a way to have the site automatically change:

Quote:
? -and- ? -and- ?
to

Quote:
" -and- " -and- '
Rss feeds don't like the previous curly quote.

Necro bump! Anyone know how to render curly quotes and em-dashes as they appear as a question mark (?) still, even in vB4.

I've never run into the issue of any character not showing. Maybe it's the encoding option of your database? Is it UTF8?
