Not sure how this happened or how to fix it , any help is appreciated

You have incorrectly set the column span in the forumbit template.

where whould i go about fixing that ,

i dont see a forumbit template name

forumhome_forumbit_etc There are four of them. One of them must have been modified recently to cause what you are seeing.
