Mod for letting thread starter highlight a solution
 

I have searched around vb.org but I'm yet to find something that fits the bill (please don't be rude if something already exists, just point me on my way with a link).

Anyway, I'm looking for something that would greatly aid users on a support forum of sorts. The mod I have in my head works like this:

• A user creates a new thread asking a question.
• If there is no answer a message stating something along the lines of "A solution is yet to be found. If you can help please do so" is displayed below the first post.
• Other users give answers in which a solution is given.
• The thread starter (or moderator) then "tags" the solution as the answer.
• The solution/answer is then placed below the first post in the place the message "A solution is yet to be found. If you can help please do so" once held and is highlighted as the solution/answer.
• The thread is closed and marked as solved in the forum view.

That's the rough idea.
