HUGE User Problem Please Help
 

Hi,

I have a problem user carrying out illegal activity on my site I have tried IP banning him adding him to miserable users ringing up AOL to get him blocked tried everything.

I have installed several mods to stop him logging out tried loads is there a fool proof banning system that will stop him registering again.

Digital Point forums have a good one I just cant seem to bann him.

aint really a fool proof way because if his ip aint static he will get a new one so means u would have to ban the range blocking out legitimate members.
would mean u would have to ban his account then close registrations so he cant re-reg or you could always approve new registrations to the board but is it worth all this hazzle.

Anyway if you are certain its illegal what he is doing then get in touch with his isp to threaten him

Make sure you have it set to send out email confirmations, there are only so many that user will be able to use before it's more trouble than it's worth for them.
