Quarantine access for mod supporters

One of my mods has just been pulled off for security reasons. No problem, I can fix it, but I don't have access to the details as I'm only the coauthor of the mod.

Quarantine access for mod supporters would be a very nice future. Normally this should be very easy to accomplish -I think-. It would be also a great benefit for normal vB.org members as they get faster access to a fixed version.

I can understand where the idea is comong from, but I doubt we will implement this. The quarantine forum now uses the standard vBulletin Permission to only view your own threads (the author is the threadstarter in the Quarantine). Giving a second member the same access can not be done with standard vBulletin permissions.
