Click on play again does not save score

If an user click on play again after his/her game ended, it wont save the score afterward!

Any idea?

This score was not submitted from the game. Your score will not be
saved.

I spoke too fast ... this error message also occurred when it is the first game.
weird :(

what do you mean "first game" ? First play in one forum-visit ?
