How about we allow users creat their own community and other users can join the community by clicking on Join or can leave by clicking on leave.. something like that

and also after user make community he has his own community page and member list on that page and they can have chit chat and user that is part of the group can post the comment and stuff.. just like how we can make group on facebook

That might quickly turn into something that would be against the vBulletin License agreement, unless each of those boards have their own license.

i m not talking about other forum can join.. u know how facebook work.. for example take facebook as 1 site and then user of that forum can make thier groups and other users can join groups
