Branding free and Games score are not saved
 

Hi,

I have paid for the branding free option. Could you kindly email me the instruction to do it?

Also my game scores are not saved and that caused quite a number of my power users upset as they spent long hours playing the games and when they achieved the high number and it was not saved.

the following was the error message

This score was not submitted from the game. Your score will not be saved.

I've been waiting days myself now for the branding free instructions. Very frustrating the lack of support here.

Do you have a portal installed on your site? If so did you read the instructions in the zip archive?

Are you using the latest version of the arcade?

I have vbadvanced installed and running arcade 2.6.3+

Hmmm... did you place that code into your index.php file of vbadvanced? Everytime I tried it, I would get an error saying one bracket is missing, even though it isn't.

Is your index.php the original vBulletin one or is it your portal page?

my forums root directory domain/forums/index.php is original from vbulletin

my domain root directory index page is the one provided by vbadvanced and i have added the php codes which provided by arcade 2.6.3+

I use the vbadvanced portal page, and place the code at the top, but it says I'm missing a bracket and I get database error.
