Template Problems

Hi, I'm having template problems with my skins, I have tried to edit, and revert them all, but they won't work.
The problem I'm having is that all the username colours are black even if their a different usergroup colour in their settings.
It's obhiously to do with the settings, so could you tell me were to go, and what to write in to make it the default usergroup colour?

What code are you using before the persons name to change the colour of there name in posts?
