How do I fix this?
 

Look at the screenshot below and you'll see what I mean, I think the smilies are too big and forces the page to extend to the right more. Is there anyway to fix this or customize which smilies will be shown in that box, like displaying only the smaller ones?

The editor takes the smilies from the Generic category.
View the list of smilies in this category and select smaller smilies.
You can also limit the amount of smilies shown in the editor >> admincp >> vbulletin options >> Message Posting Interface Options.
