Logging In Users outside of VB

Ive been using this code suggested by several board members. NOW it sets the cookies but its still not logging in the users.... Why? I have a hard coded salt, is this a problem??

Need help on this guys. Documentation code wise is poor for this Bulletin Board.

Can you post what the problem was, what you were setting up for external login and how you fixed the problem please :)
