Ive used search and I Can not find what Im looking for. surly someone out there has this.
what I Want is to be able to specify what styles certain user groups can use. such as paid members can use one without ads and free members must use ads. any ideas folks. Ide really appreciate it.

What you're asking for is usually accomplished by restricting display of the ad based upon which usergroup the member viewing the forums is a member of, not by style.

but Im using sidebars to do my advertisments. which is in my style so I dont know how to do it.
