Search This Forum Search Box Next to New Thread Button

Hi,

How would I add a search form/box that I can place next to the New Thread button on each forum? I.e, the one you see when clicking the Search This Forum drop down.

Also, I would like this to default to order by relevancy and it would of course only search the forum they are in.
