Yellow/Redcard hack
 
I have been searching for a system where my mods and I can give out warnings through the form of yellow cards or bans through the use of red cards. Of course my site is football/soccer oriented. Any help would be appreciated.

The infractions system built into 3.6.x does this, even uses red and yellow cards

Its in the postbit once you turn it on. Also remember you can't give infractions to other admins
