Actually I don't know if the this forum is the correct or not ;)

I have one question

how can I send E-mails from the acp , and put many seconds between every x users

I mean that it will move automatically to the other x users wich I write it above

vBulletin e-mails can be sent from the "Users" category and can be sent on intervals by your choosing.

I would refer to the vB Docs for more information on this. See below on this:

I mean for Example

If I have 2000 users , and the emails will be sent to 500 in the first time

it will move automatically to the another 500 to reach the total users :)

No you are right I didn't understand you, but now I do with the word "automatically" So you are saying you wanted to automate the sending, which is NOT done "automatically" in the base vBulletin setup.
