How do I put banners on every page?

Is there a certain hack I need to use?

You can do this will a mod like: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=131150.

There are also paid alternatives such as GAB by the vbgeek. If you just want to randomly display html or information you could look at RGM.
