Upgrading from 3.6.4 to 3.6.8

What will I have to do? Do I just upload the 3.6.8 files and it is good to go? If I do that I imagine that most of my mods will be reset. Is that correct? I want to make this a fluid transition if I have to do this upgrade.

Make sure you disable any mods during the upgrade and make sure you update the mods to work with 3.6.8 version if possible.
